Is this Legit?

Yes, this is completely legit. We are often asked this question less and less with our growing reviews and support. You are more than welcome to search us out on facebook, google plus, angies list, and more. ​

How Do you Accept Payments?

All payments are made via square invoicing. We do not take credit card info over the phone or internet. If you wish to book all we need is the name of the guest checking in and their phone number and email address. Then we will send over the invoice. ​Once Paid, we will issue confirmation.

I Subscribed, now what?

The Deals list is an email subscribed only list that is sent out weekly or periodically depending on the Season and demand. If you would like a copy of the most recent deals list you can always email us to see what we have available.

How Do We Book from the Deals list?

Our best suggestion would be to simply reply to the deals list email and let us know which property or unit you are interested in. All rentals are solely based on a first come first serve. We try are best to hold units for our guests as long as we can, although some units are live and we have to be fair to everyone else. When responding to the list we recommend listing the unit that you are interested and your name and number, that way we can send you over the invoice. Once the invoices are sent you will have at least an hour to pay.

Anything for a Weekend?

No, All of our rentals are weekly rentals that check in on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. If a rental checks in on Friday, it will check out on Friday.

Can we book for the week and stay a couple of days?

Most of our properties require at least a 3 night rental. We suggest if you do this option of booking the week to stay at least 3 nights to avoid any penalty.

How do you get these so cheap?

Most of our rentals are for our member based rates. We use many, but reputable companies along with vacation owners, timeshare owners, and condo owners who need to rent out there week or unit for a last minute deal

Will I have a reservation?

Yes, all resorts and condos are different in their own way but after a couple days of making the reservation you will be able to contact the resort and confirm your stay. We request all guests to contact the resort three days prior to checking in to confirm all reservations.

Do you allow cancellations?

No, there are no cancellations allowed. Please make sure everything is 100% and all ducks are in a row before booking with us

Can I see pictures or more information?

All condos and resorts our different. We will try our best to give you as much information as possible. Our biggest suggestion that we try to make is to search the property yourself so you know where you're going. We recommend going to google and typing in the name of the resort/condo. That way you will see the resorts website, pictures, map location, reviews, feedback and more.
